Current Roles
We currently have a requirement for a Sales Office Administrator:
Main duties will include;
Receiving and processing both telephone and email enquiries/orders direct from Customers
Advise and assist Customers with their product enquiries and in turn process the enquiries into successful orders
General office duties including but not limited to answering phones, support of sales order process, invoicing and order management, support of Sales and production information
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
Self-motivated, with good communication and organisational skills
Excellent customer telephone contact and approach with a friendly, positive, enthusiastic attitude
Communicate effectively at all levels both written and orally
Numerate with good administration and organisational skills
Comprehensive IT skills
The above position is a permanent, progressive and office based position with an expanding company within the UK Lubricants Industry.
Salary will be subject to relevant experience.
